1 Agreement and Acceptance of Service

By accessing or using the kygame platform (https://kygame.org), you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions ("Terms").

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the player ("User" or "Player") using the kygame platform and kygame. If you do not fully agree to these terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

These terms and conditions must be read together with kygame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this agreement.

2 Account Opening and Registration

To play on kygame, you must open a personal account. The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Account Ownership

  • Each player may only open one account. Opening additional accounts under different names or phone numbers is not allowed.
  • The account belongs solely to the player and may not be transferred or sold to any third party.
  • Your Username and Password for logging in must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
  • The player is fully responsible for all gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, and activities carried out from their account.

2.2 Account Verification

kygame may request verification of a player's personal information at any time. If the request cannot be fulfilled within the given period, the account may be temporarily suspended. This process is carried out to protect players and ensure financial security.

3 Age Restriction and Eligibility

Important Notice: kygame's services are available to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 must not register or play.

By registering, the player confirms that they are 21 or older. kygame may verify access at any time, and if a player is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all related financial transactions will be reviewed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit on kygame using KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 3,000 Ks.

  • All deposit transactions must be made from the player's own payment profile.
  • Third-party payments are not accepted — deposits made under a name other than the player's own may be declined.
  • Deposited funds cannot be used for gameplay until the player's account balance has been verified — play is only available after confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour.

  • For withdrawals, the player may only use the payment method provided at the time of registration.
  • Withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirements linked to any bonus funds have been met.
  • kygame may carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, which may cause delays in processing withdrawals.
  • kygame cannot be held responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kygame's welcome bonus gives you a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must first wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement x10).

Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus. Total balance is 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.

Example (2): Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks. Total balance is 720,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus is available to one player per account, per IP address, and per phone number only.
  • Bonuses will be counted toward plays that meet the bonus wagering requirements and fall within the bonus period.
  • When the bonus period ends, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
  • If bonus fraud or counter-strategies (arbitrage, bonus abuse) are detected, the account will be closed and related funds reviewed.

6 VIP and Cashback Program

kygame's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can move up by playing more.

  • Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2% per week
  • Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.3% per week
  • Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.5% per week
  • Platinum: weekly cashback up to 0.6% per week
  • Diamond: weekly cashback up to 0.8% per week

Cashback is paid as bonus funds, so the relevant bonus terms apply. VIP tiers and benefits may change in line with kygame's policies.

7 Fair Play and Security

kygame is committed to providing a fair and transparent game for all players. Games on the platform are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG), so outcomes cannot be predicted in advance.

  • Using software, bots, or scripts to break game rules is prohibited.
  • If collusion is detected, action will be taken immediately.
  • Players' financial and personal data is protected with SSL encryption.

8 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kygame platform—

  • Opening more than one account by the same person ("multi-accounting")
  • Committing bonus fraud or obtaining bonuses through dishonest means
  • Playing with the intention of money laundering
  • Manipulating games to undermine fair play (game manipulation)
  • Attempting to hack or breach the platform
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game
  • Promising a third party earnings linked to your personal account funds
If a violation is found: kygame may immediately close the account without prior notice and the related funds will be subject to a decision.

9 Platform Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by kygame

kygame may close a player's account for the following reasons—

  • When there is a breach of these terms and conditions
  • When false personal information has been provided
  • When there is an attempted fraud or money laundering
  • When it can be proven that the player is under 21+

9.2 Closure by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can contact kygame's customer support at [email protected]. Please note that any funds with an unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement may be forfeited at the time of closure.

10 Personal Data Protection

kygame is committed to protecting players' personal data. You can read in detail how personal data is collected, stored, and used in the Privacy Policy.

kygame will use players' personal data only to provide customer service and to meet legal requirements, and will not sell it to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, kygame takes no responsibility for players' financial losses, decisions made while playing, or any personal or financial harm arising from gameplay.

  • The kygame platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and kygame's liability for losses caused by technical issues, server disruptions, or third-party interference is limited.
  • kygame is not responsible for the actions of third-party websites and services.

12 Amendments to Terms

kygame may amend these terms at any time with prior notice. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

If a player continues to use the platform after amendments have been made, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms. Players are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.
